Choosing a good commuter bike in India

India is a land of chaos. Daily hectic traffic and road rage ruins the life of a daily commuter. when I was doing my first Job in Bangalore city, I used to spend 3 hours daily commuting. At the end of a full week I used to lie on bed, having a full body pain and sickness. Those were the tough days for me!

I was using a 2003 Bajaj CT100 for my daily commuting. The bike was not fun or comfortable. Only point the bike wins was its mileage, rather than that it a nonsense product from Bajaj.

Choosing and buying Suzuki Gixxer 155cc was a best decision of my life. Below are the reason Why I choose Gixxer-

  1. Superb Styling Sports naked bike.
  2. Better looking than rival Pulsar 150 and FZS 150
  3. Best in class mileage. I am getting 55 kmpl in city.
  4. Mono-shock Suspension better handling and comfort.
  5. Best digital console which carries rpm meter, odometer, tripmeter, clock, gear shift indicator.
  6. Dual exhaust with chrome fitting.
  7. Tubeless Tyre for long journey.
  8. Big from telescopic front suspension.
  9. Good supreme material used. Much better than Bajaj Pulsar. Suzuki used premium materials.
  10. 155cc with 4 stroke, 14.8 bhp and 14 Nm of torque.
  11. Engine is butter smooth and vibration free.
I believe you should try the Gixxer SF which has a semi faired looks and perfect for long rides.
