How to stay motivated?

Lets take a look at few steps to be motivated in life -


  • Always remind yourself what your goals are.
  •  Maintain a weekly check point to maintain your progress.
  • Always reward your self if you achieve your weekly or daily goals.
  • Take breaks don't over-stress yourself for success.
  • Don't get too hard on yourself. Give time and space to your feelings.
  • Watch, read, listen motivational speech or stories.
  • Believe in GOD as a super savior.
  • Try to eliminate your distractions.
  • Raise the stakes for yourself.
  • Take some caffeine.
  • Move your body. Do some exercise or try to do some physical activities.
  • Divide your task into manageable pieces.
  • Surprise yourself.
